Frequently asked questions

Does Life Logger need an account or internet connection?

No. Life Logger is designed to work locally on your device. You can record events without creating an account or connecting to the internet.

Where is my event data stored?

Your event log and settings are stored locally on your device. The current version of Life Logger does not send this information to our servers or third parties.

How do I edit or delete an event?

Open the Timeline, select an event, then edit it or delete it. You can also use the temporary Undo action immediately after a change.

How do I change the events shown on Home?

Open event-type management from the app to enable, disable, reorder, edit, or create event types. The first enabled event types appear first on Home.

How do Home Screen Quick Actions work?

After opening the app once, touch and hold the Life Logger app icon. The first four enabled event types in Home order appear as quick actions. Choosing one records the event immediately.

How can I delete my data?

Delete individual events or custom event types from within the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data from your device. Device backups are managed by your Apple device and iCloud settings.

Does Life Logger provide medical advice?

No. Life Logger is a personal event log and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
